Ventura Labs is Orchid University's startup incubator, created for student and alumni founders who refuse to wait until graduation to start something real. Based on our campus in Mangan, North Sikkim, the Labs give you a place to test an idea, find a team, and turn a rough concept into a registered, revenue-earning business. It is the most ambitious expression of our Learn While You Earn promise: here, the venture you launch can become the work you earn from.

Whether you arrive with a fully formed plan or just a stubborn problem you want to solve, Ventura Labs meets you where you are.
