Programs
Work-integrated degrees designed with industry, delivered on the job.
Every Orchid programme is engineered with industry, not just for it. Work-integrated degrees blend academic depth with apprenticeship, so learning and earning happen side by side from the first semester.
Orchid University offers work-integrated programmes across ten schools — spanning Engineering & Technology, Business, Health Sciences, Science & Agriculture, Hospitality, Design & Media, Arts, Heritage, and Beauty, Wellness & Skill Development. Each is built around our SEEL Framework: Skilling, Education, Employment and Livelihood working together rather than in sequence.
What sets these programmes apart is the depth of industry involvement. Employers co-design curricula, define competency benchmarks, and contribute live projects and case studies. This keeps every syllabus current, practical and aligned to the roles employers are actually hiring for — closing the gap between what is taught and what the workplace needs.
Built for Day One readiness
Apprenticeship and real-world exposure are embedded from the start, so students apply theory the week they learn it. By graduation, an Orchidian has not only a degree but a verifiable record of work, mentorship and professional achievement.
- Curricula co-authored with 800+ industry partners
- Apprenticeship-embedded learning every semester
- Stackable, skill-based credentials mapped to job roles
- Continuous placement and career support throughout
For employers, our programmes are a direct pipeline to talent shaped to your standards. Partner with a school, sponsor a cohort, or host apprentices and help build the workforce your sector needs.
