Orchid University is a State Private University in Sikkim, India, established under the Orchid University Act No. 06 of 2024 and recognised by the UGC under Section 2(f). We are India's first value-driven, skill-based, intergenerational university — built so that learning, earning and serving move together from the very first day.
Rooted in the Himalayas of North Sikkim and connected to an 800+ strong industry network across the country, we exist to widen access to higher education, raise India's Gross Enrolment Ratio, and prepare graduates who are Skilled to Lead, Rooted to Serve, and Connected to Succeed.
