The Scholars Fund is Orchid's endowed pool that guarantees support for talented students from underserved backgrounds, year after year. Your contribution can establish or grow a scholarship that outlives any single gift. It is a lasting promise that merit will never be limited by means.
The Orchid Scholars Fund exists for one reason: to ensure that no able and ambitious student is turned away for want of means. It is an endowed pool of giving — grown and stewarded over time — from which scholarships are awarded each year to students from rural, working and financially constrained families.
Unlike a one-time gift, a contribution to the Scholars Fund keeps working long after it is made. The fund is managed so that its support recurs year after year, turning your generosity into a permanent source of opportunity at Orchid.

Every scholar supported through the fund is part of Orchid's mission to raise India's Gross Enrolment Ratio and to carry skilled, rooted, connected graduates into the workforce through our SEEL Framework. Donors receive regular updates on the students and cohorts their generosity makes possible.
