The Office of the Registrar maintains official records, issues transcripts and certificates, and handles verification and formal University correspondence.
The Office of the Registrar is the custodian of Orchid University's official records and the authority for formal correspondence on behalf of the University. As a State Private University established under Act No. 06 of 2024 and recognised under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, Orchid maintains its student and academic records to exacting standards, with integrity at the centre of everything the office does.
What the Registrar handles
- Student records, enrolment, and academic registration.
- Issue of transcripts, mark sheets, degree certificates, and bonafide letters.
- Verification of credentials for employers, institutions, and government bodies.
- Migration and transfer certificates, name and record corrections.
- Official notifications, statutory correspondence, and convocation matters.
Requests should include your full name, programme, enrolment or roll number, and the specific document or service required, so the office can respond accurately and quickly. Verification requests from third parties should be sent in writing on official letterhead.
