At Orchid, placement is a continuous process, not a final-year event. Career services are embedded throughout the degree, working in step with our 800+ industry partners to align student development with real hiring demand from the moment a student joins.
Because every Orchidian apprentices with industry from Day One, many placements grow naturally out of existing relationships — apprentices become trusted contributors, and employers convert proven performers into full-time hires. This apprenticeship-to-employment pathway is central to our SEEL Framework and to the livelihoods we help create.
