Learn & Earn is the heart of how Orchid University works. Instead of waiting until after graduation to step into the workplace, you begin a real apprenticeship from Day One of your programme — and you earn a stipend while you study. This is education that pays its way.
The model sits at the centre of our SEEL Framework — Skilling, Education, Employment and Livelihood. Your degree is work-integrated, which means classroom learning and on-the-job experience are woven together throughout your course. You apply what you study in a live work environment, and your employer experience feeds directly back into your academic progress.
