Raise a concern in confidence. Orchid University offers clear, accessible channels to report issues and have them addressed fairly and without fear.
If something is not right, we want to know. Orchid University is committed to listening to its students, staff, and community, and to resolving concerns quickly, fairly, and with respect. Raising a complaint is your right, and doing so will never be held against you.
You can use our complaints channel to report a wide range of concerns, including academic or administrative issues, facilities and services, harassment or discrimination, ragging, fee or refund matters, and conduct that breaches University regulations. We handle every complaint in confidence and route it to the appropriate office or committee for action.
How to raise a complaint
- Email grievances@orchiduniversity.ac.in with a clear description of the issue, dates, and any supporting details.
- Call the University on 1800 309 9996 if you prefer to speak to someone.
- Write to the relevant office at Orchid University, Upper Singhik Malling, Dzong Koti, Mangan District, North Sikkim - 737116.
Each complaint is acknowledged, reviewed, and addressed in line with our UGC-compliant procedures. For matters that require a formal committee, please see Grievance Redressal. Whatever the concern, you can expect to be treated with compassion and fairness from the first message.
