How Learn While You Earn Works

Each student is placed with an industry partner and trained on the job while pursuing their degree, receiving a paid on-job training stipend throughout. The classroom and the workplace are not separate worlds; they are two halves of the same education.

That model is only possible because of the company Orchid keeps. The university maintains a network of more than 800 industry partners, spanning sectors and regions, that host apprentices, mentor students, and increasingly hire the very Orchidians they have trained. For students, this means a degree that arrives alongside genuine professional experience, a working reference, and a head start on a career.
